Born and raised in Maine for 33 years, Kathrine spent her childhood enjoying the salty coast of Boothbay Harbor & New Harbor. She wore her Miss New Harbor sash while running in the Miss Teen Maine competition during her first year in high school. It was with great honors she accepted the request to be the voice for the student body in thanking L.L Bean for their generous donation to the Southern Maine Community College Campus during the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new campus. After graduating with her degree in Business, she worked for the Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce as a Visitor Member & Events Coordinator. 

Jarrod was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he excelled in culinary arts; soon after high school, he made his way to Maine, where he and Kathrine met. 

They married in July 2014 and In the spring of 2019, became the proud parents of their son, Archer John. 

Now,  Jarrod and Kathrine are the proud owners of K&N Health Insurance LLC since 2021.  They work closely with individuals, families, and small businesses to deliver an educational approach to helping everyone obtain the right health/life insurance for health and budget needs.
